I took my aging lawn mower for service, they even gave me a hand to take it off the car. Dropped it around noon on a Saturday so expected to have it back within a few days at least. However, they exceeded my expectations by doing the full service within 2 hours. Service was carried out with high standards and for a reasonable price too.
My only comment would be if they could answer their telephone when customers needed that would be fantastic.
