constant shoulder pain was away after 1 session.
Used to be at physio weekly now just go see Lilly once a month keep on top off everything.

I booked a 60 minute traditional Thai hot oil massage and lily incorporated complimentary hot stones into my massage which was absolutely bliss
I found lily both professional and polite and certainly knew her way around on treating various parts of my back.
I have tried various massage therapists over the years and I have to say lily is up there with the best of them .
Rebooked a 90 minute .
