Jasmine Thai Massage

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE Purchased a 90 voucher for my dad to enjoy a couples back massage. Went to try and use voucher and they stated there was a 6 month expiry date however after explaining he was only 1 month over the alleged expiry date (which they don't stipulate when you purchase the voucher ) , I informed them my dad suffering from long covid and had been in and out if hospital during this time but Thomas the manager WAS NOT INTERESTED in the slightest HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT show poor customer service in return NEVER AGAIN will I be purchasing any vouchers or attending my monthly massage at this place RIP OFF!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ive booked this a few times Now for myself and wife for a couple massage, booked for recently arrived, front reception lady was very rude with demanding more money if we wanted to change our massage and demanded money upfront which we paid as I wanted a sports massage. Wasnt relaxing atall we could hear people laughing away in the hall, I said to staff that we couldnt relax and if they could have a word but they didnt speak English, massage was the worst one ever!! After it I complained to reception she told me to contact Tommy, I phoned him and he was cheeky saying well youve had your massage so nothing I can do, wasnt interested!! DEFO WONT BE EVER BOOKING THIS PLACE AGAIN! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IF I COULD HAVE GAVE 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE!!!
