        DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU HAVE A HEALTH PROBLEM. The mangement are not there for the call handlers or for there customers. A staff member went to the DAILY RECORD (news paper) saying that you have only 8 mins all day for toilet breaks. I can confirm that this is true. They were an employee who's mum died which in turn made his health get affected alongside having Covid-19. When he went back at work he got a written warning & he was told if he was of work ill again his job would be at risk. That alone shows you what type of company Teleperformance is.

        If you looking for a different job role then I highly recommend you approach this reputable company as they will provide you with the opportunity that others may not give, they provide high class professional training and continued support in the role that you are in leaving you with a smile on your face that why did I not turn to them earlier for all your employment needs, great people, great place to work, good rate of pay and fantastic initiative's.
