Contacted Jim by email on Wednesday lunchtime and an almost immediate response which resulted in Jim calling the very next morning as agreed. Great response rate, fast service and you wouldn't know he had been in the place such as there were no visible signs of cabling. Very professional, easy to speak to and does exactly what you want. Nothing was too much trouble. This is customer service the old fashioned way and I would highly commend his services and skills to anyone seeking to remedy telecom problems.

I called on Saturday afternoon, Jim came to the house the following day and on time. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Jim to resolve any telephone problems he also repaired a dodgy alarm connection in the process of making the telephone line work again.
