Ayo Telecom

Very positive experience. We've recently been carrying out modernisation works to our buildings, and in turn decided upon uprating our phones & technology for the business. Ayo telecom were totally proficient & professional in helping us through issues we'd been experiencing, and upgrading systems from there. The phone system is easier to use than the last, as well as being far more modern - staff can now take and receive calls from anywhere in the building, as well as use the Wireless network (which has helped even daily tasks profoundly). The installation took a few days, but the engineers were very considerate and obliging of staff and residents, given the national health circumstances.

We switched to Ayo Telecom at the beginning of this month, it was overall a positive experience. The consultation at the start went well, and we were very quickly supplied with an new phone system with many new features, phone coverage throughout our whole building,Wifi throughout our whole building, along with an access control device on our front door which takes the temperature, recognises our staff and regular user's faces, which allows me to keep a log of all entrants/exits to our building. They are supplying our other sites now also. We were with national suppliers before, who didn't take into account or offer us things to our needs, however we did feel Ayo Telecom were much more 'at home' in helpful in solving our needs as a care home - our previous supplier did not really do this. Their one-bill system is also positive as multiple of our services are supplied for and billed whilst also being summarised for us.
