    This company are admin for our business Microsoft email accounts. We have been attempting to change user details with little or no response from them for 1 week! Then when you call for support it just rings out......continually? Communication company???Lack of communication more like! Furthermore, one of their partner agencies which they signed us up to, have been charging us 160 per month direct debit for 14 months for phones that were cancelled with Indigo over 1 year ago. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

    we were with them for 5yrs signed up for the phone initially while one of their directors was in getting us to sign for the Phone system we got a knock at the door and next thing we knew we had a massive printer getting carried up the stair we didn't even want it but we were stuck with it for the 5yrs it didn't even work properly called them out numerous times to fix it but they could get it to work with our computer system every time we scanned it had to be put on to a memory stick eventually the printer stopped working and we called them out and they tried to get us signed up for another 5ys and the deal was really expensive so we had been given a new deal by another company we called them made them aware of what had happened so got us a printer right away a better one for a fraction of the cost we were given an early termination fee from indigo and I thought it would come out the bank and it didn't we received on email about payment no follow up call no final demand giving 7 days for payment. Today I got a call from a debt collecting company they have added 100 on to the bill and just after that I got late payment invoice from them asking for a further 46.78 so for an oversight and no one from their company following it up it has cost us 146.78 don't go near them if you can

    I cant speak highly enough about this company. I am Head Office Manager for a Scottish charity and Indigo were recommended to me by a Board Trustee when I was looking to upgrade our mobile phones. The level of service and advice given by Nicola was second to none. We now have reliable mobile connectivity costing us less than what we paid with O2 for a somewhat disappointing service. Our IT support contract came up for renewal and we offered Indigo a chance to tender. It was a close call with another company but we opted for Indigo. It was the best decision ever!!! The service level, knowledge and advice far exceeds our previous supplier. The rapid response to service requests is First Class. Either call or email and I have a response within minutes. Kenny is always on hand to give advice or escalate anything if required and Stewart is a mine of information where Office 365 is concerned. We have undergone a major digitalisation program over the last year, this has been a smooth and stress free transition due to their efforts. Its a HUGE thank you from all the staff at Waverley Care to Indigo, they have made all our working lives more manageable.
