        They call saying they at from BT when infact they are under a cloud of BT Local Business who have passed contact details to them without authorisation from a previous BT contract. After probing they will say who their actual company is - Omnitel Hugely misleading.

        After receiving an email to call a specific number to deal with my issue I was informed that this was indeed not the case nor the number! Issue still not dealt with... I have another number to call. Wish me luck - I'm going back in!
