        They take advance bookings - hours in advance - and then dont bother to show up leaving you stranded in the city centre. They are unreliable and useless.

        No matter how early you book them beforehand if they don't have a taxi at the time you need them you are left hanging, (which misses the whole point of pre-booking?) Half of the time I try to book them they don't have taxis available, This company is too incompetent.
