My Tattoo artist moved to a different studio and Rock'n'Roll tattoo didn't bother to even tell me. I missed my appointment with the tattoo artist at his new studio because I have had to chase RnR repeatedly to get my deposit returned, they don't answer the phone or return my emails. I got my very first tattoo here a year ago today and since then I was promised a refund of 250 after receiving abuse from a staff member over the phone about a review I wrote. My artist was an hour late, went off from the photo I had provided (was still an awesome tattoo) and the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Because of my review I received an abusive phone call from one of the staff. Calling HR to complain the manager threatened I take my review down or legal action would be taken and as a result Id receive a refund. Ive still not received my refund and my number is blocked. Avoid this place at all costs. The artists are incredible but the management t and refund policy is non existent. Just look at all the other reviews. Service: Tattoos

Like everyone else recently, purchased online for work to be done, paid in full and artists left. They didn't bother to tell me this, I just found out myself through the artist on social media. When I reached out to the studio - nothing! They don't answer the phone, don't answer emails - no contact whatsover other than an email back asking for my phone number. Which they didn't call anyway. Still able to send out various promo emails though. Presumably ran out of money and will be forced to close but I wouldn't be booking anything in the meantime. Service: Sleeve tattoos

I had the first two sessions of my sleeve completed the artist unfortunately left RnR. The studio not only did not communicate this to me, they also refused to answer any of my calls or answer any emails asking for a refund. I went into the studio on the day of my scheduled appointment and was promised that I would get a refund, yet that was two months ago, I've had no refund and all my attempts at communication have been blocked, so now I'm going to have to go down the small claims route. It's unfortunate for the artists who work here because they all seem to be very skilled and lovely people, but the management is bad enough that RnR should be avoided at all costs.
