        We used to like shopping here but it's a shame they now have barriers at the self serve checkouts that trap you in and do not let you out unless you have made a purchase. I was quite shocked by the system and believe this to be very dangerous if there was an emergency. The staff can let you out but not very quickly if they are assisting someone else at the till. I do not think it is a safe or reasonable practice to lock people in a shop. I also do not see how this would stop theft as the staff have to let you out anyway.
