Staff are lovely, friendly customer service. Pastries are delicious! If youre looking for a cute quiet place to study/work with a coffee and pastry this is the place!

I love the ethos of Locovore and the range of products on offer. However, on multiple occassions (as a regular shopper) I have come out of the SouthSide shop quite shocked at the customer service from multiple staff. While some of the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile, there are also a handful of staff who make you feel like an inconvenience when ever you ask a question, give you little to no eye contact, and give short, blunt answers to questions. One of the girls actually rolled their eyes at me today when all I did was ask if they had a specific product, I couldnt believe it! I hope this feedback can help to encourage staff to see that the vibe they give off can make a huge different to a shopping experience. This has genuinely put me off coming in, in fear of feeling im doing something wrong by asking a question again

It's different in a good way. My daughter's hay fever led us to buy honey made from hives in our postcode. This place has postcode honey! Worked a treat. It's also got Lebanese olive oil. Rare. Other strange and wonderful goodies await your discovery.
