Woman who I think is the manager is rude and unprofessional. If you ever get her at the counter expect huffs and puffs, cant miss her, obese with an attitude. If you dont like dealing with the public get another job hen. Will never shop in there again.

Never seems clean to be honest, stock levels arent great and many of the staff seem uninterested. Would avoid unless your food comes wrapped

Highly non professional and rude staff. I visited with my family and contactless payment was unsuccessful so teller not told at the counter and upon realising he alerted the whole staff and guards. They treated us like we were thieves, we had two kids with us and it was really embarrassing moment for us. Almost all of them ran towards us and upon realising their mistake they did not even apologise to us. It is tellers responsibly to tell if payment is unsuccessful through contactless payment so that it may be done through pin. I think they need to be educated to atleast treat people like humans first.
