It's difficult to review a Groupon deal the same way you would if you paid full price , something inside you makes you feel almost that as you paid less ... You should somehow expect less and just pat yourself on the back that you got a bit of a deal , sounds fair ..and we all know it's marketing .. So with that said .. for 50; odd quid .. what you get is pretty much what your paying for ...chateaubriand for 2 with a glass of prossecco each ... .. it's a luxurious setting , the front of house staff are exactly what you would expect...professional , friendly and very helpful .... But if you were asked to pay full price .. you more than likely would form a different opinion , had I been asked to part with 80 of my hard earned pounds for what was put on the table .. I might have been less tolerant ... .. .. served closer to medium than medium rare ..was an annoyance ..but not so much to make it an issue , the quality of the meat however .....as the people in the next table mentioned to us ..fell well short of what you would expect .. . Other than that ..the sides were not to bad ... In conclusion .. would I buy another deal ... ..no .. because it's nota deal , it's exactly what your paying for
