I ordered my son's rugby kit on 27 October for Christmas collection, prior to the Christmas delivery deadline. I have constantly had to chase the order only to be fobbed off numerous times. Today, 21 December I have collected the order after finally receiving an email that the order was ready to collect this afternoon. When I arrived at the office the order couldn't be found and had been mis-labelled with a different order number. Now that i'm home I have found that there is an item missing with no note or explanation. This is a Santa gift for a child..... How do I explain why Santa is sending a missing item whenever it finally gets posted? The situation is an absolute shambles. When calling to check on the missing item the staff were fairly dismissive, suggesting I should be happy to have some of the order for Christmas....... Whilst the quality of the clothing is ok, it seems expensive for what it is. I will won't be in a rush to use VSN again and will be speaking to the club to seriously consider other suppliers. In the meantime I will patiently wait for something I ordered and paid for months ago......

In May this year I ordered my son full rugby kit for his local team. In late July having not heard from VSN we contacted them to be told that the kit had just arrived and would be getting posted out to us within the week. About a week later my sons team had a rugby fun day and VSN had a stall. I was told that my order would be with us shortly and had a look at the kit they had on sale. During this time other parents turned up with their kids and managed to kit them out while we had been waiting months for ours to arrive. Today his kit finally arrived only to find that his t shirt was missing and with a hand written note saying the factory had short shipped us. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but if Id known I would just waited until the fun day and kitted my son out. Its a shame because the products themselves seem to be of very good quality and I even bought a waterproof jacket and tracksuit top at the fun day for myself.
