This company are false the reviews are false this Marc has moved premises three times unanswered calls invalid numbers when called saying he is based in Glasgow then western tennis and racquet club now Dumbarton road and using Groupon for bookings which can't be made I would give zero stars if possible it's an absolute con try and book and you will see what I mean

I went to Fitness is my Life for a cyrotherapy treatment, focusing on the face. Very informative consultation before the treatment, not only going through my health history to check that I was suitable for the treatment but also the treatment itself, how it works and what the benefits were. The treatment itself was great, nice and relaxing, no discomfort or pain and skin left feeling really fresh both immediately afterwards and in the days following it. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to freshen up the skin on their face, promote new skin growth and generally take care of their appearance.
