Having had just two treatments so far I can hand on heart say Bowen Therapy with Colin Murray needs to be added to your Health Regime. He is an exceptional Therapist and It's an exceptional technique. Suitable for everyone as it''s completely non-invasive. It's quite the opposite of any treatment I've ever had. I'm really excited to continue to receive it myself and will continue long after to promote it to everyone who is suffering in one way or another. I'm shouting about it from the rooftops of Glasgow. Get yourself booked in!! Why do I love it so much? Because it's giving your own body the nudge it needs to take action on it's inate ability for self - healing. Bowen for me is the Gold Standard, the baseline from where my body is being reset and can mend my MSK issues that I've been chasing in circles for many many years. My muscles have now begun to unravel all their guarding and chronic tension without creating further stress within. I'm becoming pain free for the first time in about 20 years, and it's happening at an astonishing speed. It feels like being given the chance to start over again.. Getting myself in proper alignment both physically and mentally, I can progress upwards from there. No other therapies have come close to the amazing results I"m seeing from Bowen. They say you find things at the right time in your life, I do wish I'd had Bowen many years ago, all that unnecessary suffering. Although better now than never. So take my advice, if you are not getting any improvement doing what you are currently doing to manage your symptoms, then you have nothing to lose. I have had an issue with an old shoulder injury from a car crash about 18 years ago. I had been told that surgery was the only option to repair it and that there was only a 50% chance of success. The shoulder does not give me too much problems but recently I could hardly move it without extreme pain. I approached Colin who assessed me and carried out 2 treatments. The shoulder is now back to what it was before and I can not thank Colin enough. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend Colin to everyone and he will be my first choice when I am needing any treatment in the future.

Colin is a true ambassador for Bowen therapy and a really decent and kind human being too. My daughter often struggles with back pain and has had issues with feet and ankle pain. Colin listens carefully to identify the source of the pain and uses his expertise to eradicate the pain in a gentle and non evasive manner. Hes a genius who knows his profession inside out - if youre in pain have no reservations about making an appointment for Bowen with Colin.
