We found Denovos case management software to be extremely beneficial to our law firm, from automating our billing to time recording! The helpdesk and support team are fantastic, and our account manager David, who visited this morning, has been very helpful at every stay. We have only been using the Denovo legal case management for 3 months and can already say we absolutely love it. Excellent product + service.

Ive found Denovo to be a really powerful legal case management software that has helped my law firm improve its efficiency and productivity. Their CaseLoad platform is user-friendly and offers a wide range of features such as automated document management, task tracking, time recording, and billing. One of the key benefits of Denovo is its integration with other software tools such as Microsoft Office, Amiqus and Signable for e-signature, which has made our working processes seamless. Additionally, their customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to resolve any issues or questions that may arise. Shout out to Martin for his patience with me!!! Overall, I highly recommend Denovo for any law firm looking to streamline their case management processes.

We really loved Denovo from the moment Callum gave us an overview of the software and what it had to offer. After the demo I couldn't wait to try Caseload and see how it could help our firm. The fact that from the very start of the process Denovo allow you to customise the program to your specific law firms needs is invaluable to us. There is an huge amount of ability to customise clients billing and matters. I've never found a software like this before, nor one that allows you so much freedom to make it your own. I really do believe that Denovo is one of the most intuitive cloud computing and practice/file management system out there. It's a functional piece of software that allows fee earners and support staff to manage cases with ease. Denovo also integrates with other useful other software providers such as Amiqus ID, Signable and Cashroom. CaseLoad has a really professional interface, which just looks nice when you're working. The customer support is fantastic. If I ever have an issue Brian and Martin are on hand to help within minutes. There are videos you can watch to give yourself refreshers on different features of the software, and most importantly people you can talk to. They will literally stay on the phone with you for hours as you troubleshoot issues together, or learn about something new. In short, I cannot recommend Denovo highly enough.

I've have used CaseLoad since opening my own firm in 2021. Overall, I'm very happy with their case management software and feel confident that I can get all the information on I need to run my practice using their management reporting and dashboard features. The game changer for me was the introduction of the Leads Management feature. As a small firm having the ability to managing our leads using case management software makes our enquiry handling much more organised and productive. Leads Management gives us the tool we need to keep track of and follow up with our future clients. As well as the ability to understand where our leads are coming from and measure our conversion rates. This was done on spreadsheet previously so we couldnt be happier that we now have a process in place that improves also improves the whole client journey.One of the reasons we switched from Clio to Denovo was that the system is bit tailored to small/solo legal practices - particularly with regards to how much we can customise Caseload specifically for the work we do. If you're a solicitor looking for a system thats truly bespoke to your law firm, I would absolutely recommend speaking to Callum at Denovo.
