This is just what we have been looking for! We use this in conjunction with our ATS provider which was essential for our business. It is great value and really simple to use. Our client's love it as it firstly eliminates candidates through self deselection and with those who take part, it gives them so much more of an y insight than a CV alone does. My account Manager regularly checks in too who if very helpful.

We initially used Odro years ago as an alternative to Zoom but since then it has become the go to tool when recruiting staff, they have a tun of features that will save you a lot of time and money when trying to sort and select new candidates, plus the support team have always been on point helping us get the most out the platform. Definitely recommend!

Very similar story to Oliver Reeves. Very good salespeople, well honed in highlighting the best parts of the product. Upon using it became clear that it was a bit clunky in the editing aspects and didn't have all of the features we were looking for in respect of our specialist markets. This meant that the team were becoming less and less inclined to use it and after a few months stoppped completely as they did not see the value in return from their output. Given that they were already camera shy as a group meant that I had a 400+ per month bill for something we weren't ever going to use again for another 20 months. Despite raising this on more than one occasion with my account manager, very nice person no blame attached to her here, my polite request to cancel the contract early was repeatedly refused even though I offered to pay a 3 months' notice under a non-disclosure agreement so commercially they wouldn't be compromised with any other suppliers. Instead was advised they would keep in contact monthly to see if they could get us using it again and again just before term end to see if we wanted to renew! Sometimes commercial and contract should not be treated the same way and this is one of those times. Opportunity missed for positive endorsement amongst members of the independent recruitment network I am a member of and my contacts gained in the industry over 30 years. Disappointing.

When I bought this product I asked the salesman what would happen if I was not happy with it, he dodged the question and said that wouldnt happen as everyone was happy with the product. Within 1 month I realised I had no use from the product and let them know. They locked me in for two years. Bad service, the salesman should have been honest and not dodged the question. They clearly don't care about a happy customer, it is just money in the bank. It costs 400 a month for nearly the same product as Google hangouts offer, stay clear of this product. I have told them throughout my tenure I want to cancel, but they are still calling me trying to get me to renew contract. Shocking really.
