Was making an enquiry regarding getting a suitable Database solution for the Bowling Club and whilst the system they could provide would have fulfilled all our needs it was beyond the budget which the Club could afford. They were however to point me in the direction of where I might be able to get a database solution which would meet our needs whilst staying within our budget. Would highly recommend this company as they were willing to take the time and effort to explain what they could offer and even though we were unable to proceed they were still happy to give advice as to how we could address our problems.

Tentacle took over our product after our former developer stopped trading without providing notice. This meant Tentacle couldn't have the usual handover with the former developer, which made their work more challenging in the middle of an already challenging situation for us. Still, they took the time to understand our product and needs while being clear and honest at all times (it was pleasantly refreshing!). We really appreciate the help provided by Zarrar, Sadia, Gaurav, Alex and all those involved in supporting our product updates and the flawless server migration. We feel reassured by Tentacle's patience and expertise and would recommend them to other businesses without hesitation.

Tentacle developed a new bespoke web based database for us over 6 months and we found their service to be excellent. They made everything very manageable, understandable to us non IT folk, clear, and progressed the project as a good speed taking us along with them to get it done in as short a time as possible. We dealt directly with Zarrar but more but Sadia, both of whom we found excellent and lovely to deal with. We'd definitely recommend Tentacle Solutions and use them and look forward to being involved with them for the future. Thanks to the whole Tentacle team!

It was late May 2019 when I was first came across Tentacle Solutions and was introduced to Zarrar Chishti. It was like being introduced to Superman ! he was so understanding of the issues and knowledgeable of who to contact for the various sections, legal, marketing, payment gateway, etc. From the date of our introduction to the day of the launch of the competition, the help and guidance we have had from Zarrar and his team has been fantastic. Without this support, we would not have achieved launch day, as we would have fallen at the first post due to our limited computer knowledge of design and how to run a competition. Even so, it has been a bit of a game of snakes and ladders. From day one we were guided and advised by Sadia. Unfortunately, we had to put the competition on hold due to the Covid 19 pandemic and we had to close our business, being in hospitality. As soon as we were able to start again, Sadia has been a knowledgeable support and help through pitfalls and goals to achieve a winning webpage of which we are proud. That support has been continuing as the competition progresses. I would never have attempted this assignment without the professional help given by Zarrar and his team.
