        staff friendly enough. I phoned up customer services to cancale a sofa. I was told that I couldn't talk to anyone from the store because they don't give the store numbers out. I was told someone would email me I'm not interested. the women I spoke to the phone was rude and aragant woudint recommend them

        Terrible service sofa arrived with several faults after 9 days someone finally came out to rectify some. Still awaiting care kit and a call back from the store to sort out the issues. Customer service offered only 33 of of the gliders that I mostly fitted and later found out are available at a fraction of the cost via Amazon. After care has really put me off DFS and i would recommend going elsewhere.
