Dealt with Matt in store, was a good experience and hopefully sofa turns out well! Edit 04/05 - downgrading this review because of the quality of the sofa weve received. For the money paid, its absolutely substandard. The back of our sofa creaks and bends it any weight is put on it. It just does not feel solid, considering the amount we paid Also dont bother purchasing the sofa glide on offer - they are an absolute rip off! They fall off anyway and we had better luck with the version we purchased at Asda for a quid. Original review still stands - in store staff are nice. But the quality is pants.

Disgrace. Bunch of thieves. I went into the shop asking for a sofa that met my needs. I have osteoporosis and need a seat that has me sitting up. The salesman showed me a sofa which I liked but it had scatter cushions and I wanted a hard back. He assured me that this sofa came with the hard back I was looking for. Well it arrived today and you guessed it, its got soft cushion backs which has me leaning way back in a way that its very painful. I phoned them but its not their fault, no they didnt misspell, they refuse any blame. I chucked out a sofa that didnt meet my needs to receive one that cost me 2000 and is worse. Sorry? Yeh Im sorry I ever stepped into your store.

Fantastic customer service, Leanne was so lovey and helpful, even lugged a big footstool from across the showroom so my wife could compare it with a sofa. Looking forward to delivery
