        I received an exceptional service @ Skoda Henry Bro Glasgow. I purchased my car from William Dunbar, he was extremely knowledgable about the car I chose, very informative about the features available. He wasnt pushy or over powering in any way. During the period after the order was placed, William regularly called me & kept me up to date before the shipment. When my car arrived, William was disappointed I couldnt make the scheduled date for the official handover. However, his colleague Tom Allison did a fabulous handover, he went through all controls & features with me, hes very patient & thorough. When William returned, he promptly called me, we had a lengthy chat about my new car, he wanted to ensure I was satisfied with my car. I must mention Sandy a young sales gentleman who kindly spent time with me when I test drove the vehicle. He has exceptional manners, he made me feel @ ease as I was nervous driving a new vehicle. Henrys is extremely friendly, on my visits every one greeted me when I entered. The mechanics & ground staff smiled as they passed. The director Simon also came & thanked my husband & I for purchasing 2 cars. I chose the Karoq Sportsline which I love, its an amazing drive, my husband chose the Superb. I highly recommend Henrys if youre considering a new vehicle.

        Great service from the patient, courteous and knowledgable staff at Henrys. No hard sell and genuinely interested in what I wanted/ needed. Whole process from choosing the vehicle to the options available, to settling on an agreed price and being informed about delivery was excellent. Picking up the new vehicle was made very pleasant by the sales person who dealt with me throughout. A special shout out to Tom Allison for his courteous and professional approach at every stage of the process.
