Unfortunately I didn't have a nice experience with S. Gray at Harlohs. I made an appointment for liquid rhinoplasty at the Edinburgh clinic (as it's advertised as one of the locations). I travelled from far and arrived on time. The woman greeted me and was lovely but totally unprepared. She couldn't find the client consent form (took a long time to try and find it but she couldn't), so I had to leave my details on a piece of paper. Normally on the client consent document you're advised of the treatment and dangers that may come with it, complications etc but I didn't get to see it nor sign it. That's not the bad part though. When in the treatment room, there was no privacy, people were walking in during injecting, I was so stressed tbh. Like ,,give us some privacy, there's a needle in my nasal bone for cry out loud". The numbing cream didn't kick in coz the whole treatment was rushed. She stuck the needle to my nasal bone I could feel it so badly. She barely injected any filler and a got really swollen straight away because she hit the bone "Oh look how pretty, you see how pretty it looks?" I couldn't really tell or see anything yet because I was getting more and more swollen. I know swelling is normal but swelling so much coz of hitting my bone is a different kind of "animal". Honestly it's so bad. My swelling lasted a week and when it was gone my nose looked exactly like before. She took 250 for this horror and I still get ugly nose. I complained to her but she ignored me. I sent my own before and after pictures and I got nothing. Now I'm going to complain about this practitioner to every possible avenue, certifying bodies, licencing bodies, local authorities, you name it because I would like to know how is this fair???
