My treatment with Dr. Bong at Essence Medical is always such a pleasure. Im quite a nervous patient but he always puts me at ease and has a gentle approach. He listens to your concerns and hopes of the outcome but always exceeds my expectations. The treatment is also age appropriate - as Im in my late 20s. I never look done but I do get compliments on my skin after treatment from people that cant put their finger on whats different about me. I just look well rested and my skin has never looked better. He has magic hands and always facilities treatments with the utmost professionalism. The clinic is relaxing and the staff at reception are lovely! This is my second time but will be coming back again soon. I wouldnt go to anyone else now.

Dr Bong is one of the best practitioners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Nearly instant results with the Botox treatment, the peel made me look so much younger and took years of my sun damaged face. My friends were so impressed with my results they have all booked in for treatments. Would highly recommend Dr Bong who is very professional, knowledgeable and you will definitely pleased with your results.

I went for non surgical rhinoplasty. My nose is in worst shape ever. Not recommend at all. If a customer is not satisfied and leave s their opinion it doesn't mean the review are fake. I have appointment details in my phone on the same name. My review was never removed by Google.

Dr Bong is simply exceptional. I cannot rate Dr Bongs level of professionalism, knowledge and compassion highly enough. My concerns were listened to attentively, procedures and options were fully explained clearly. Credit must also be given to Dr Bongs in house team who were outstanding. I cannot rate Dr Bong enough. His care, attention and professionalism are second to none. I had the phenol peel initially and the difference is incredible. Since then I have had fillers and Botox both of which were virtually painless and the results outstanding. Thank you.
