        The therapist, Claire, was absolutely lovely and made me feel completely at ease. However since she has left I was given an appointment with one of the doctors (he did not introduce himself) for my IPL for rosacea, and I got the impression he did not want to do the treatment and made me feel a little unwelcome sadly. I have since seeked advice elsewhere.

        Got lip fillers for the first time here today - Lynn put me at ease right away and made sure the experience was completely painless. She gave lots of amazing advice and was super reassuring which I obviously appreciated since it was my first time. Will definitely be back in the future!
