The salon was spotless and had a relaxing atmosphere which immediately put me at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I was impressed by the range of services on offer, and the prices were very competitive in comparison to other salons in the area.

Had a voucher as a gift for a massage but needed to rearrange. The manager told me if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment you lose out, and that my voucher was now gone. If I wanted to rearrange Id need to pay again! So rude and unfriendly and basically stole my money. So angry and unhappy, would not recommend.

Bought a itison voucher for gel nails and toes. Asked for white on my toes, girl was happy to do so. I'm guessing the blonde woman is the owner, without even being asked her opinion pipes in "aw I don't like white on toes unless going on holiday, it's dead grubby". Well that's okay, it's not going on your toes and I didn't ask what you think I should have! That's good way to have clients eh . The girl doing my toes was lovely but must be new to doing nails, didn't say anything about my nails after she done them but I had to fix the gel when I got home. Also they rarely answer the phone, they prefer to use answer machine then call you back, while having a good moan. Do not recommend to anyone even if using a voucher.
