Outstanding service at the springburn branch today, never caught the gentleman name but he was the only person in the shop at 2pm, a massive thanks from us...my mum said she hopes you enjoyed the chocolates that we dropped off to say thanks

Went in today to get a shoe fixed....the boy darius is an absolute gentleman. Very rare to meet people like that anymore. Nothing was a problem and so genuine and efficient. Will be back for my watch to be fixed. A Credit to timpsons workforce - thanks darius
