        Would highly recommend this family run business,l have been using Direct Sewing Machines for over twenty years,they are extremely helpful and very fair with their prices They also sell reconditioned machines perfect for beginners and the more experienced

        I put my two machines Janome QC6260 and Janome Horizon memory craft 7700 QCP in for a service and repair. Great service they phoned me the next day with a price and the machine was ready the fallowing day. I can not praise them highly enough will tell everyone to use them, also the two guy are lovely to deal with.

        A big shout out to these guys! Both Neil and David are kind, thorough and patient and have helped this novice sewer a whole bunch already! A very speedy turnaround too. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be sure to go to them for all my sewing needs, which will now, thanks to them, hopefully be for many years to come. Thank you so much.
