This is the real Stuart Neill unlike the one below trying to use my name must try harder and learn to spell in proper English if you intend to fake someone's name to try get them sacked and abuse the Company he works for, very sad and bitter indeed. Fraoch Scotland is great company to work for their is progression within the company if you work hard enough and capable at your job. Management are easy to speak to and air your views with on any situation that arises to make sites easier to work on. Management can't make changes within a site if you only air your views with another Guard or keep it to yourself, changes can't happen if you don't tell the people who can make them happen. I have worked as a Guard for many years with Fraoch, to Coordinator and now current Key Holder / Area Supervisor and have always been able to speak to any manager if I have any issues or need days off to fit around my own life. As for wages you work for any Company mistakes can happen, maybe an extra day you have worked may have been missed but always added on within the next week, you always get what your owed. I have worked for several Companies over the years not just within Security and this happens everywhere human error nothing more. This Company always pays it's workers when it says it will and again if you have issues with your wages speak up, and it will be shown to you how it works and the way your wages are added up. In regards to shifts cancelled this can happen within any Security Company due to clients changing its needs at any given moment. The majority of Security Guards who enter into Security Industry know this can happen, and know it's the risk they take becoming a Security Guard as they know changes can happen to shift patterns etc at any time. This is no fault to any Security Company as sites finnish it's the nature of Security and the business in general,and majority of guards unlike the one below understand that. Fraoch try to accommodate all Guards if changes arises so shifts are shared out with all Guards they employ. Avoid underneath post with all costs fake person and not the real me.

This company gives you a lot of promises on work and how long it will last but don't bee fooled by them. Mannerisms and professionalisms miles away from them. Deduction from the wages is their favourite hobby. uncertainty of working hours because they work on minutes basis. They cancelle shift just minutes before and assign to their favourite people. They have some favourite peoples who are allowed to bring sleeping bags and company facilitate them by pick and drop. The worst company the worst managers the worst controlers. They use and abuse you. Nothing but treat you like a sh***. Avoid at all costs.

As you can see from the normal anonymous reviews someone who is unable to communicate directly to voice any concerns with their employer. As the telephone number is available pick up the phone and don't hide behind google reviews.
