First Id like to apologise for the length of my review, but it really is necessary. Yesterday I went into the branch to have my car checked over. I bought it last week, so thank you to Ian in Inverness and Ross at Hamilton Road branches. I have to say my experience at Royston was an absolute pleasure. The lady on the service desk (blond hair) sorry I didnt get her name, was so professional and kind. I was made to feel very welcome and it was lovely to wait in a nice comfortable open plan area, nice coffee too. Its not often I get a chance to observe a place of work like this, but being a HR professional with years of customer service experience, I was delighted at the atmosphere and smiling faces. The employees got on with their work and at the same time you could see this is a very dynamic and professional team. Whats more is they all created a very happy work environment, having positive interactions with both colleagues and customers. In fact one of the staff had popped in on her day off with her young son, and this branch has a lovely kids play area. I sat observing everything, and I know that reviews normally relate to individual customer experiences relating to their vehicle, but I think in todays work environment its important to recognise when a company has got it right. This type of atmosphere and service is what builds loyalty from customers. Thank you for a great experience , my car was checked over and was fine. Will definitely use Arnold Clark again
