        Claire Ives in the accounts department is an absolutely dreadful woman. Loves to send threatening emails that your child will be excluded re fees that may only be slightly overdue. When you ask whether or not it was necessary to be so heavy handed she actually enjoys the power and notoriety. Terrible representative for the school should be removed.
