I was there with family yesterday and spent 20 on coffee and some food, all the orders were wrong the coffees were cold and the attitude of the staff was atrocious, in particular one female member of staff with brown curly hair who basically slammed the coffee down. I wont be rushing back, it doesnt cost anything to be pleasant

Very rude staff, especially blonde lady with glasses. Had a hoodie on so couldnt catch a name. Staff behind counter having a chat rather than serving customers , openly swearing in front of customers and look at you with disdain if you come in 30 minutes before closing. Worst service Ive seen in a Starbucks
