My nan died in the greggs, she was just enjoying a sausage roll and suddenly had a heart attack on a trip to the bathroom. The Greggs employees all stood around her and pointed, laughing at my dying nan. She always loved a good yum yum, on that day, she never got to eat one. I sat there crying, as my wee nan helplessly died on the toilet. I will never forgive the greggs employees, or the franchise for what they did. Aside from that, the food was great and the customer service wasnt too shabby 3/5
