I was once an employee, the only reason I left was down to my own physical health, I had brilliant work companions except for the few 2 faced witches, but the rest of the staff came together as family caring for your family , loved every single minute of it And miss it so much, if you want me to give you a team of carers that are affectionate loving vibrant and really make a difference to care, I can easily provide you with those details

I don't know why my experience was not posted or has been taken down. Because I already wrote, in March this year, so very recent, saying that my sister was in there and I found it horrible. The staff were incompetent and the bedrooms like cells, one bed, one chest of drawers, not even a wardrobe. And just a toilet no shower, no bath, they were communal And the food was disgusting nothing like what they say in the brochures.

Staff were very good answered all my questions and keep in touch if need to know anything haven't been able to get in to see dad at min because he's just out of hosp and has to isolate had window visit on sun but got drenched and dad didn't understand why I was outside and not in but that will come
