        Eastbank Care home is fantastic and I would highly recommend. My grandma is living there and the staff are second to none. She is always well looked after, her rooms always clean and she hpins in with their activities. Great place.

        This home is a joke. Firstly, they lost a bag of her clothes on admission. Never once saw her with her own clothes on. Management dont take complaints seriously. My mum had been there 7 weeks and in that short time had a lot of falls, lots of bruises, some they couldn't explain. Said she was demanding as she wanted toilet a lot. Most things were chore to them. In the short time she was there she went downhill rapidly. Got her a transfer as soon as I could. Beware before putting your loved one here. Please don't delete or i will put it on all social media pages. My fb Instagram, etc
