Ive been here a few times for drinks and its a nice place to sit out and enjoy the world go by. Visiting post-pandemic, the restrictions dont take away from the experience. The waitress who served us was really lovely - happy to stand and chat for a minute. The toilets could be doing with some maintenance work - locks, doors, toilet seats all in need of repair. Otherwise theyre clean but Id expect more of a place like this. The only down side was that a lot of the gins we wanted to order werent available. Its also not cheap - between 8-11 for a drink. Update: been here for an afternoon tea and the service and food were excellent. A couple of cocktails were unavailable and the toilets are under repair but otherwise good.

Very disappointing experience. My husband received a voucher for the 5 course tasting menu. Despite booking ahead of time for it, we were disappointed to be told on arrival they no longer did it. We were offered the value of the voucher against our bill. Nothing more The manager seemed to think he was doing a favour by giving us that.. The food was poor at best and the choice very limited. Felt the managers attitude was poor
