Curry not fresh microwaved , chips soggy so overpriced for what it is garlic sauce was beyond foul do not go here

I am a regular customer at G's fish and chips and have been since it first opened under previous owner, we always get fish and chips. So sad to say that don't order anything from them at a fixed delivery time. Particularly during Ramadhan. They agreed to send the food by 8.15pm but food didn't turn up till 9.15pm. If it wasn't for my old mum liking their fish I would have stopped buying from these guys a long time ago. No customer service skills at all. Sometimes you go in and the staff are fighting (verbally) amongst themselves. Don't have cashless payment system. General indifference to customers needs. When I called to ask why my delivery hadn't arrived at 8.15pm I was told that they shall start making it now (8.20pm) and assign a driver to send it. When I asked why he had accepted the order when he knew he couldn't deliver it on time I was belittled by him over the phone. He was not willing to accept that he was in the wrong in any way. If this is the attitude of the owner no wonder the staff behave the way they do.
