        Took weeks to put me in a courtesy car although it is part of my insurance policy. One week later told me my car is missing a piece but I will now be getting charged per day for use of the courtesy car. Still dont have part for my car.

        Not good I'm afraid. Still waiting on a cover for the driver side wing mirror from early October 2022!! Was told 7 weeks ago that the part was arriving in a few days and they would be in touch......still waiting!!!! The wing mirror was crudely covered and taped up by them over 3 months ago!!!! Not really acceptable is it?
