        Came across a job that I was interested in and applied for via the link that was available within the email. Waited a few days but received no feedback regarding my application. I did a little research and noticed the job was being handled by Rutherford Cross Glasgow Branch so I contacted the person named as the account manager. I was told that they were in a meeting so I left my number and details of the reason for calling. I waited a couple of days but no return call. I then phoned the Glasgow Branch again only to be informed that the person was again in a 'meeting' and for a second time left my details. Waited a couple of days but again no reply, so I thought that this person mus be extremely busy so I sent them an email with attached CV, cover letter and explanation of my application. I requested politely if they could reply to me as soon as they were available. End result no communication from this company whatsoever. They claim to be highly professional and courteous but not in my experience, how many minutes would it take to reply to an email? Extremely disappointed.
