We rented a flat for roughly 2 1/2 years that used O'Neill Letting agency. They responded in a timely fashion to any issues that came up (broken boiler, water leak from flat above us). Our move out, was painless. Thanks O'Neill.

Stay AWAY from this agency!! We had found an apartment in December to move in at the end of January. We paid the deposit and handed our notice from the flat we were moving out of. 3 days before the move in date we were informed that the flat was not available any more. Tracey had had an argument with the Landlord who decided to pull out. We were only told of this when it was too late. On requesting the deposit, they initially paid less than we had paid them and it too another call to get the rest of the money back. . We had serious problems trying to convince the agent of the flat where we were moving out not to force us out. Margaret was completely unapologetic and unhelpful. During the last conversation I had with Tracey requesting to return the money from the deposit, she threatened to hang up on me because I remarked in a polite way that she was unapologetic too. This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DUO. I wish I had read the other reviews before having anything to do with them.

This might be one of the worst letting agencies known to mad. The rudest people ive had the misfortune to come across. If you can avoid them do so.

They don't use deposit schemes and charge for credit checks. Scam people for carpet cleaning fees. None of it legal but they do it anyway! The staff is verbally abusive, especially Tracey but Margaret is awful too. Avoid.
