this what 1350 rent a month gets you at Kelvin properties! Refusal to repair anything, they also enter the property with keys unannounced and get aggressive when you want them out immediately. Weirdos, steer clear !!

I have stayed in a property of Kelvins for over 7 years and not had a single issue with them. They address all the snagging issues that I raise to them and they are always friendly and polite on the phone when speaking to them. I would recommend them.

The development where l live has nothing to do with kelvin properties but for some reason our private residential carpark was over taken by their trades people that where working at a nearby development. This means when someone takes my space l cannot park at the development meaning l now have to pay well over 100 pcm for private parking when I'm already allocated a parking space to go with my property. I spoke to James at kelvin properties and he said that they were renting the carpark spaces from a private company, this is impossible when our carpark is private and not for unauthorised use. Big old James bacame a baby when confronted and threw his rattle out the pram when he was cought with his pants down. Even after our property inspector spoke to him he vacam abusive towards them. A very curuped corrupt company, l would avoid these guys like the plague.
