I stayed in a property Michelle manages and it was clean, well-cared for, and comfortable. Michelle was super helpful, gave great information, and handled an issue I ran into promptly and graciously. If I were putting my place on Airbnb, she would be my first call!

Michelle is a class act. Unbelievably professional, with insane attention-to-detail skills. I was very lucky to have her do check-in and check-outs for my Airbnb guests for several months. She saved my bacon many times when my systems didn't work out (cleaning lady no-shows, etc). She is incredibly experienced in this Airbnb game - I'd recommend her services to anyone who needs someone to simply take the stresses away that being an Airbnb host can bring!
