Not impressed at all. Organise an appointment to view a property for the member of staff to neither show up or call to say they are a not there. I travelled across the city to make the appointment so was a major inconvenience. EDIT: as I can't reply to the reply I have added it here I did confirm the appointment and have it in email so if you wish to continue that narrative happy to post the email trail on here. Also supplied was my mobile number to call me in case of issues. I arrived at 5 past due to turning the wrong corner and walking past the place. My phone log shows that I called the office after 5 mins from them to ask where your person was. All I wanted was an apology instead I get called out for being 5 mins late. Seriously????

Worked with Regent for a number of years as a Landlord and their service has been second to none. Have also recently sold one of my investment properties. Thank you.

I needed to get an apartment for my son who had to move from the the University of Southampton to the University of Glasgow so that he could continue his PhD Physics. My wife and I spent at least 3 weeks non stop trying to find a suitable property without any joy. But one chance phone and a very helpful Deb's and her team found a 2 bed apartment for my son. Deb's a big thank you for looking outside the box particularly due to where we live and going the extra mile. It has been extremely stressful and my son has finally got here and starting to settle in. Thank you Best wishes Steve Haws.
