Spoke a few times on phone they are not interested in any complaints,take forever to do anything,some of the flats around me are deteriorating and they dont seem to care,jobs half done then invoicing for them its a disgrace

Absolutely awful. Provide absolutely no services for the fees we paid. Getting anything done was impossible. Try to squeeze extra money out of residents wherever they can, and do absolutely nothing to warrant payment at all. Thankfully we've moved to a far better company now, but they have not made the process of leaving easy, and almost 5 months later they still haven't sent us and the other residents the money they owe us. How they're still in operation is beyond me. Frankly they appear no better than common crooks to me. Avoid at all costs.

Worse factors in the UK, avoid at all costs, no one gets back to you, cant provide itemisation of old bills, ask to speak to Robert the owner he never answers, hides under his desk and tells the office staff to tell customers hes not in. Poor service . Should change business and close down as they are hopeless factors . Any building they manage seems to have major issues and they dont help their clients with any claims.
