Absolute joke of a factors spoke-to the manager at glasgow credit control their computer must have Alzheimers make up their prices and forget credit plans that they have set up , lack of clarity, information and empathy. When questioned they turn to the can you please stop raising your voice policy with no answers which is laughable. They have the cheek to say there protecting the owner when all there doing is protecting there own interest, for months I have been waiting for jobs to be done damages around my house outside the building pictures have been sent via email . This company need shamed for their poor service would even go as far as saying crooks.

Very happy with Hacking and Paterson's service so far. I have been dealing with them in my area for nearly 13 years now. Calvin Wilson has been very professional and dealt with any issues I've had promptly and efficiently.

HACKING & PATERSON are without a shadow of doubt the worst company of any kind in any field I've ever come across. A completely and utterly useless money grabbing crew that do absolutely NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING for their extortionate unwarranted fees. HACKING & PATERSON invoiced my tenement block 3 times in one calendar year.FOR GUTTER CLEANING!!! HACKING & PATERSON sent an unrequested quotation stating our close and stairs needed painting, yet when challenged on what colour our close was currently..of course they hadnt got a clue !! Despite numerous requests for a HACKING & PATERSON representative to meet with me next time they were visiting our property. NOT ONCE IN 15 YEARS did anyone from HACKING & PATERSON show up!!! Despite HACKING & PATERSONS offices being closed throughout the pandemic we were still charged exorbitant management fees for their non-existent services. All you need to do is read a few reviews to get the measure of this lot. A true disgrace to Property Management. If you are planning to purchase a flat in Central Scotland please ask who the factor for the building is.. If its Hacking & Paterson dont touch them with a barge pole! THIS IS A PUBLC HEALTH WARNING!!
