I pay towards upkeep of a nature area adjacent to the property I live in and order services. Communications are poor and ignore their customers. Can take 3+ months to fix problems

Greenbelt are an awful company, greedy and services are below par for what is paid! They service our greenlands and they don't even empty the bins despite a few emails - no I won't be responding to you now since putting this on here... I wonder how much they make from all their land? Finally, it is really interesting to see all the negative reviews on Greenbelt here and how they respond, but only the ones they want! I don't want a response, just do the jobs you are paid for

This company is supposedly going green they can't look after anything that is green like grass trees plants etc so what chance has this company going green it's the worst company on earth as far as I'm concerned and thinks nothing about customer care in fact I don't think this company is good at anything oh except sending out threatening letters the Gerry boy seems to be good at that they have a terrible attitude and in my opinion do not give a toss about the customer and as Marc said in one of the replies to a customer the bill is itemised true? but how do you know all the items on the bill have been done? let's take the monthly or quarterly visits who has ever seen this being done but if you challenge greenbelt about this the answer is we have evidence well I pay the bill so show me the evidence. I didn't know Middletons middle name was greed.. imagine running a company and seeing how the biggest amount of your customers not being happy with the service they say they provide which I and a lot of others dispute.

An absolutely appalling company, ripping off customers at will and charging them for services which aren't even provided. The fee I'm expected to cough up is now around 200 per year, yet all I've ever seen is grass being cut periodically. A guy turns up now and again to half heartedly spray the shrubs in front of my house. A few months ago I asked him if there was a plan to cut them back, tidy up the area and plant anything new to fill the areas of bare earth. He didn't say anything, just laughed and walked away. The itemised yearly bill includes astronomical costs for 'site inspections' and 'snagging'. I've a good mind to ask for dates, times and reports of what was 'inspected'/'snags' which have been identified addressed. In summary, a disgusting and utterly vile lot.
