Recently moved into a 2-person flat not far off Byres Road and I just wanted to give a shout out to my property manager Shannon. I couldn't ask for a better property manager, from day one getting the flat keys and letting me know my flatmate and I's rights as tenants to arranging someone to come in to install a lock for our bathroom within less than 24 hours of me enquiring if it was even ok. She always follows up on emails and gets back to us promptly. Super friendly and glad to have her as a point of contact!

My two flatmates and I have been living in the same flat for two years now, and Sharon Murray was beyond helpful. One time, a pigeon fell into the boiler and Sharon was able to organise the removal of the pigeon within half-an-hour. We are very grateful for all her help and her ability to deal with issues quickly.

Completely ghosting their customers for some reason? From agent not attending viewing and not keeping in touch to company email also ignoring me as well. Wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Grant property/ Sandstone whatever they call themselves now. We rented in Nottingham, avoid if you can. They are quick to take your deposit and get your contract sorted and then everything goes wrong It started with them not proving us with keys at check in, then numerous issues at the flat that werent repaired and then on check out they didnt communicate with us whatsoever. I had to go through TDS to get my deposit back, they were also unresponsive to TDS (we left in September and didnt get the deposit back until December, but only with the help of TDS!). Property managers were James & Manni both equally as useless. If you need something fixing dont report it on their stupid online system- RING THEM. The flat was in an old Nottingham townhouse but it was poorly kept. Draughty, damp, cold, mouldy Overall avoid avoid avoid!!!
