        We rented with Capital Letters for nearly 2 years. Never had any problems and would like to shout out Janet & Kirpa for all their help - very professional, stuff got fixed up quickly and never had any issues with repairs etc.

        Arrived at 10.30 for an 11am viewing after travelling 90 minutes from home. Waited 45 minutes for the agent then phoned to be told the viewing had been cancelled and a whole raft of bluster that they had been "unable to contact us or leave a message". Text earlier reminded us of the appointment. The service was poor and far from acceptable.

Kirpa, the person from capital letters who helped me, went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs were completed and as quickly as possible. She maintained excellent communication with myself through the process and followed up the work to ensure that it was completed.
