    Live in a property below a KPM rented property for 3 years. My landlord is now selling up as he is fed up with negligence caused by the upstairs landlord. My bedroom ceiling has came down once due to a water leak, kitchen ceiling twice due to water damage and now my bathroom ceiling needs replaced, again due to water damage from the upstairs property. Upstairs landlord has not once taken responsibility for any damages. The level of negligence is disgusting. I've reported him to KPM previously, yet the property is still being rented out by the same landlord. Edit: it's funny now that I have left an appropriate review you want me to get in contact. I already informed you in November 2019 when my bedroom ceiling was going to come down. You did send a plumber out, but he told me he couldn't get back to me for 2weeks as he was busy. You cant get to me for 2 weeks in an emergency situation!? My ceiling didnt even last 18 more hours before coming down and I never heard from your plumber again. The contractor who did the repair, 4 months later and 2months into covid, still hasnt been paid. So when further issues came up, why would I contact you when you failed to take any responsibility or help the 1st time? Yes its KPM, I saw the flat advertised again before my new neighbours moved in 18 months ago.
